Peter Kiely
Peter graduated from UCC in 1994 with BCL and LLB degrees.
He trained in general practice in Cork before moving to the taxation Deptartment of EY, Dublin office.
In 1999, he joined TJ Hegarty and was made a partner in 2003. His main area of practice is litigation, in particular defence litigation acting for various Irish and UK Insurers and Liability Adjusters handling professional indemnity, public and employers liability and road traffic claims.
As part of his commitment to ongoing legal education he has in recent years been awarded Law Society Diplomas in both commercial litigation and insolvency.
