Dermot Kelly
Dermot is a Partner in T.J.Hegartys Commercial and Conveyencing Department.
Dermot has extensive experience in the areas of residential and commercial conveyancing where he has acted for both purchasers and vendors is transaction ranging for sites to Commercial office Buildings. He also has an in depth knowledge of the Financing requirements for large property transactions.
Dermot has also been involved in numerous Commercial litigation cases and has specialized knowledge of planning injunctions.
Dermot is a Council member of the Southern law Association. He is actively involved in a number of organization in is local community to include the Glanmire Chamber of Commerce, the 46th and 92nd Scouts group and Sarsfields hurling club.
